WARRANTY & REPAIRS

With proper use, our leather products are made to be durable and to serve you for years. Natural leather develops character over time and becomes even more beautiful with use.

At TAKSUBA, we care deeply about quality craftsmanship and your satisfaction. That is why we offer a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers materials and workmanship under normal product use. Products covered by the warranty may be repaired or replaced, depending on the nature of the issue.

Replacement is available for the same model*, color, personalization, and hardware details as in the original order.

The warranty does not cover natural wear, physical damage, damage caused by improper use, or damage that could have been prevented through proper care and responsible handling. As leather is a natural material, the warranty does not cover its natural aging, changes in color or texture, or the patina that develops over time.

Repair service

Our goal is to create leather accessories that can serve you for as long as possible. We believe in thoughtfully made items — pieces that can be repaired, cared for, and appreciated for years.

If something happens to your accessory, for example due to an accident, or if the product is no longer covered by warranty, we will be happy to check whether it can be repaired and restored for further use.

  • Your order number, if the claim relates to the warranty

*Depending on the nature of the issue, some models may be replaced with a different product model after prior agreement with the customer.
