Hi, I’m Roman — the founder, craftsman, and designer behind TAKSUBA. For years, I have been creating leather accessories that combine durability, functionality, and a distinctive geometric character.

TAKSUBA is a leather goods manufacturer based in Kraków, Poland. My journey with leather began in 2016 under the Made 4 Friends brand, when I started creating and selling my first products mainly on Etsy and DaWanda.

At the end of 2016, I launched a second brand — Geometric Goods, specializing in leather accessories for Apple devices.

Since then, we have continued to develop both brands, selling our products to customers in the USA, Europe, and Asia through Etsy and Pinkoi, as well as through our own online stores: taksuba.com and geometricgoods.com.

At the beginning of 2024, Made 4 Friends became TAKSUBA. It was an important step for us and the beginning of a new design direction — more distinctive, minimalist, and focused on form.

We are a team of dreamers and craftspeople. We create everyday accessories with character — pieces that bring joy, look beautiful, and are made to serve for years. We believe in quality, simplicity, and objects that can become part of your daily life.

We make our accessories from several types of leather:

  • smooth full-grain cowhide leather imported from Italy,
  • full-grain cowhide leather with a soft, velvety character, known as “Crazy Horse”, imported from Ukraine. The name has nothing to do with horses. :)

As the founder and a vegetarian, I believe that an important part of our work is respect for leather as a unique material — beautiful, durable, but also full of history and contradiction.

The leather we use is a by-product of the meat industry. No animals are killed specifically for the production of our accessories, and we do not use exotic types of leather.
