The TAKSUBA gift card is a convenient and easy way to give someone the freedom to choose exactly what they need. It is the perfect gift for a birthday, holiday, anniversary, or simply as a thoughtful gesture — without the risk of choosing the wrong color, model, or size.

The card is digital and is sent to the email address provided at checkout. We do not send a physical version of the card.

How does it work?

• Choose the gift card amount
• In the “Send to” section, choose one of the following options:

◦ My email address — if you are buying the card for yourself or want to receive it in your own inbox.
◦ Recipient’s email address — if you want the card to be sent directly to the person receiving the gift.

• After payment, you will receive an email with the gift card and a unique code.

• When placing an order in our store, enter the gift card code in the appropriate field at checkout.

• The code is not case-sensitive.

• The gift card value will be automatically deducted from the order total.

Important information

• The gift card can be used more than once, as long as there is an unused balance remaining.

• The gift card balance can be used across more than one order.

• The gift card applies to the final order value, including shipping costs and taxes, where applicable.

• The gift card can be used together with a discount code.

• More than one gift card can be used on a single order.

• If the balance on one card is not enough to pay for the full order, you can add another gift card at checkout or pay the remaining amount with another payment method.

• A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

How can I check the gift card balance?

You can check the current gift card balance using the link included in the gift card email.

Returns

If an order was paid for with a gift card, the refund may be issued back to the same gift card.

Didn’t receive the gift card email or lost the message?

If you cannot find the gift card email after purchase, contact us — we will help check the order status and restore access to the card.

It is a simple, elegant, and secure way to give a gift that always feels right.
