Returns & Exchanges

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Items sent back after this 30-day period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Used products or items that have been assembled or altered by the customer (e.g., items requiring screw tightening)
    • Sale/clearance items (unless they arrived damaged or defective)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email taksuba.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Label & Instructions: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier as instructed.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyer Responsibility: Although we provide a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Approximate Costs:
    • United States, Canada, UK: From $35 (small items like wallets), from $50 (other items)
    • Asia, Japan: From $40 (small items like wallets), from $50 (other items)
    • Europe: From 20 EUR (small items like wallets), from 25 EUR (other items)
    • Rest of the World: From $30
  • Loss in Value: If the item is not returned in its original condition, you may be responsible for any loss in value.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you about the status of your refund.
  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional few days to post the credit to your account.
  • Partial or Denied Refunds: If the item is returned with signs of use or missing parts not due to our error, a partial refund may be granted or the refund may be denied.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank or credit card statement again.
  • Next, contact your credit card company or bank—there may be a processing delay before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items Only: We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • How to Exchange: Email taksuba.store@gmail.com with a photo and description of the defect/damage. Once confirmed, we’ll provide instructions on sending the item back and issuing a replacement.

8. Sale Items

Sale & Clearance Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

9. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once your item is received and inspected.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

10. Shipping Recommendations

  • For high-value returns (over $100), we recommend using a trackable shipping service when you send items back. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
